Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to Amazing AI Tools websites, software products, hosted applications, APIs, widgets, AI workflows, and related services, including BugZero, Amazing Chat, and Meet.
By creating an account, using a product, installing a widget, joining a workspace, attending a meeting, or using a service provided by Amazing AI Tools, you agree to these Terms. If you use our services for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
If a signed agreement, order form, statement of work, data processing agreement, or product-specific agreement applies to your use of a service, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these public Terms.
1. Who we are
Amazing AI Tools builds AI-native software products, custom software systems, automation workflows, and managed services for businesses.
Website: https://amazing-ai.tools. Contact: contact@amazing-ai.tools.
2. Products and services covered
These Terms apply to current and future Amazing AI Tools products, including websites and app subdomains that we operate.
The main product families covered by this version are:
- BugZero: in-app feedback widgets, bug reporting, issue intelligence, triage support, fix recommendations, app provisioning, and related support workflows.
- Amazing Chat: AI-assisted chat, workspace collaboration, prompts, files, messages, assistants, integrations, and related productivity workflows.
- Meet: meeting, calling, scheduling, collaboration, recording, transcription, summary, AI notes, and follow-up workflow features.
- Professional services: discovery, software development, automation, integration, deployment, maintenance, advisory, and managed service work.
3. Accounts, workspaces, and access
You must provide accurate account, billing, and contact information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under accounts, API keys, widgets, workspaces, meetings, and integrations you control.
Workspace owners and administrators may manage users, permissions, content, billing, integrations, security settings, retention settings, and product configuration. You are responsible for choosing administrators carefully and removing access when it is no longer appropriate.
You may not share credentials, bypass access controls, or attempt to access accounts, systems, data, workspaces, or meetings that you are not authorized to use.
4. Customer content and AI outputs
Customer content means the information you or your users submit, upload, transmit, store, generate, or display through our services, including bug reports, screenshots, logs, prompts, chat messages, files, meeting audio, video, transcripts, summaries, comments, and configuration data.
You keep ownership of your customer content. You grant Amazing AI Tools the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, analyze, secure, troubleshoot, improve, and provide the services.
AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your intended purpose. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before relying on them, publishing them, merging code, sending customer communications, making business decisions, or taking operational action.
Our services are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, security, compliance, safety, or engineering review where such review is required.
5. Product-specific responsibilities
BugZero customers are responsible for installing widgets only on products they control, providing any notices required to their users, and making sure submitted bug reports do not include secrets, credentials, or sensitive data unless the customer is authorized to process that data through BugZero.
Amazing Chat users are responsible for the prompts, messages, files, integrations, and workspace content they submit. Do not upload confidential, regulated, or third-party information unless you have permission and the workspace is configured for that use.
Meet users who enable any meeting recording, transcription, summary, or AI note feature must notify participants and obtain any consent required by applicable law, contract, workplace policy, or meeting rule before using those features.
For all products, AI recommendations, summaries, action items, code suggestions, classifications, and automations require human review before use in production, customer-facing communications, regulated decisions, or safety-sensitive workflows.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the services to break the law, infringe rights, invade privacy, send spam, distribute malware, attack systems, scrape without authorization, impersonate others, misrepresent AI-generated content, harass people, or process data you are not allowed to process.
You may not reverse engineer, copy, resell, benchmark publicly, overload, probe, or interfere with the services except as allowed by written agreement or applicable law.
We may throttle, suspend, remove content, or disable access when we reasonably believe use of the services creates legal, security, operational, reputational, or abuse risk.
7. Third-party services and integrations
Our products may connect to third-party platforms, models, hosting providers, messaging tools, payment processors, analytics tools, calendars, video services, repositories, ticketing systems, or customer systems.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. You are responsible for maintaining the accounts, permissions, licenses, notices, and configurations required for integrations you enable.
We are not responsible for third-party outages, security incidents, data handling, model behavior, policy changes, rate limits, or feature changes outside our control.
8. Fees, subscriptions, and client contracts
Some services may be free, beta, trial, subscription-based, usage-based, project-based, or covered by a separate written agreement. Pricing, payment schedules, taxes, renewal terms, cancellation rights, refund rules, and service commitments may be set in an order form, checkout flow, invoice, statement of work, or signed agreement.
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, fees are non-refundable once a service period, project milestone, implementation work, or paid usage has started.
You are responsible for taxes, payment method accuracy, approved usage, and any charges created by users, integrations, or administrators under your account.
9. Intellectual property
Amazing AI Tools and its licensors own the services, software, product designs, code, models, workflows, documentation, templates, websites, brand assets, and underlying technology, except for customer content and third-party materials.
You may use the services only as permitted by these Terms and any applicable agreement. We do not grant ownership of our software, source code, systems, models, workflows, or product names.
Feedback, suggestions, bug reports, and improvement ideas may be used by Amazing AI Tools without restriction or compensation, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
10. Privacy, security, and confidentiality
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and delete personal data. These Terms should be read together with that policy.
Each party should protect confidential information with reasonable care. You are responsible for deciding what information is appropriate to submit to a product, workspace, widget, chat, meeting, or integration.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no hosted service, AI workflow, integration, or communication system can be guaranteed to be completely secure or uninterrupted.
11. Availability, beta features, and changes
We may update, improve, suspend, discontinue, rename, replace, limit, or modify services and features. We try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but product evolution is part of our AI-native software factory model.
Beta, preview, experimental, free, or trial features may be changed or discontinued at any time and may be subject to limits, bugs, incomplete documentation, or reduced support.
We may publish release notes, product notices, account messages, email notices, or updated website terms when service changes affect customer use.
12. Disclaimers and liability limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided as is and as available, without warranties that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compliant for your specific use case, or fit for every purpose.
Amazing AI Tools is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, reputational, or substitute service damages, except where such limits are not allowed by law.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid to Amazing AI Tools for the affected service during the period allowed by applicable law or the amount stated in a signed agreement, whichever controls.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the services at any time, subject to any active subscription, order form, statement of work, or signed agreement.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, create security or legal risk, misuse the services, or if continued operation would expose Amazing AI Tools, customers, users, or third parties to unreasonable risk.
After termination, some data may be retained, deleted, anonymized, or exported according to the applicable product settings, agreement, retention schedule, legal obligations, and Privacy Policy.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms to reflect product changes, business practices, security needs, integrations, or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new update date.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to contact@amazing-ai.tools.
